Structured scorecards are now generated directly from the role brief, so the assessment standard exists before the first interview is booked.

Why we built it
Scorecards written after interviewing had started were rarely used, and panels defaulted to unstructured conversations that could not be compared.
What changed
- Capability-mapped question sets are generated from the brief and can be edited before use.
- Panel members score independently; scores unlock only once all panellists have submitted.
- A consistency report shows where interviewers diverge across a role family.
Where you will see it
- Role brief, under 'Assessment'.
- Interview scheduling flow, attached to each panel invitation.
- Debrief view, where panel scores are revealed together.
How it helps
- Panels assess the same capabilities in the same way, so scores are comparable.
- Debriefs focus on the specific points where interviewers disagreed.
- Calibration drift becomes visible at role-family level rather than anecdotal.
Who it is available to
All Recruitment Intelligence workspaces; consistency reporting requires at least three completed panels.
