Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms form an agreement between you and Saanvi Nexus Pvt. Ltd. Where a separate signed services agreement exists between us and your organisation, that agreement takes precedence over these terms to the extent of any conflict.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.

Accounts are personal to the named user and may not be shared.

Acceptable use

You may not use the services to publish unlawful, discriminatory or misleading content, to submit information you do not have the right to share, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

Automated scraping of candidate or client data is prohibited.

Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including your profile and documents, and grant us the licence needed to provide the services.

The platform, software, models and all Saanvi Nexus branding remain our intellectual property.

AI outputs

Match scores, generated content and recommendations are decision support. You remain responsible for hiring and career decisions made using them, and for reviewing generated content before it is relied on or published.

Fees

Paid plans and delivery engagements are charged as set out in the applicable order form or proposal. Unless stated otherwise, fees exclude taxes and are payable within the agreed terms.

Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practicable. Service levels, where applicable, are set out in the relevant agreement.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment or unlawful use.

On termination we handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy and any applicable retention obligations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Saanvi Nexus Pvt. Ltd.'s place of incorporation, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless a signed agreement provides otherwise.
