Who we are

Saanvi Nexus Pvt. Ltd. provides career tools, recruitment intelligence software and talent delivery services. For candidate data submitted directly to us we act as a data controller; when we process candidate data on behalf of an employer client we act as a data processor under their instructions.

Data we collect

Candidate data: contact details, work history, education, skills, qualifications, application and interview records, and any documents you upload such as a CV or portfolio.

Client data: business contact details, role requirements, hiring activity and account administration records.

Technical data: device and browser information, IP address, and usage events needed to operate, secure and improve the platform.

How we use it

To provide the services you or your employer have asked for — building profiles, matching to roles, running structured assessment and managing hiring workflows.

To meet legal, regulatory and contractual obligations, including right-to-work and screening requirements where applicable.

To improve our services. Where we use aggregated data for product improvement, it is separated from directly identifying information.

Automated processing

Saanvi AI ranks and scores candidate profiles against role requirements. These outputs are decision support, not automated final decisions: a person always makes the hiring decision, and the reasoning behind each score is available for review.

You may ask for a human review of any match outcome that affects you.

Sharing

Candidate information is shared with an employer only where you have applied or given consent for us to represent you.

We use vetted service providers for hosting, security, analytics and communication. They act on our instructions under contract and cannot use your data for their own purposes.

Retention

Candidate profiles are retained while your account is active and, with consent, for future opportunities. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Client and transaction records are kept for the period required by contract and applicable law.

Your rights

Subject to local law, you may request access to your data, correction of inaccuracies, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and withdrawal of consent.

Security and international transfers

We apply access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, and least-privilege handling for personal data.

Where data is transferred across borders we use recognised safeguards appropriate to the jurisdictions involved.

We update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. Material changes are highlighted on this page with a revised update date.
