Why we built it
Ranked shortlists without reasoning could not be defended in regulated hiring, and recruiters either accepted them uncritically or ignored them entirely.
What changed
- Every shortlist card now carries a reasoning panel showing the evidence that lifted the score.
- A gap summary lists what the candidate does not currently evidence against the role brief.
- The full reasoning set can be exported as a decision record for the audit file.

- Export menu on any shortlist.
